At Sustain-X, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness packages, nutrition plans, online coaching, physical products, and eBooks. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Conditional Refund Policy (Digital Products Only)

Refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase only in the following specific cases:

• The eBook or digital content is not accessible or not functioning properly, and support was unable to resolve the issue.

• The customer was not granted access to the app or bundle they purchased within a reasonable time frame (72 hours) of completing the order.

To request a refund under these conditions, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. No Refund for Change of Mind or Usage Issues

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of personal circumstances after purchase

• Dissatisfaction with content format or style

• Lack of participation in coaching or bundle programs

• Accidental purchases or duplicate orders

• Products that were already accessed, downloaded, or used outside the conditions stated above

3. Non-Transferable

All products, plans, and services purchased from Sustain-X are intended for use by the individual buyer only. They may not be transferred, resold, or assigned to another person or account.

4. Access to Digital Content and Physical Products

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital content (including fitness plans, nutrition guides, eBooks, and coaching sessions) and/or physical products as per your order details.
