Does the person I'm gifting pay anything?

No. The plan is fully paid by you. They just open the gift, create their account and fill in a few details so their coach can build their plan.

When does their plan start?

Whenever they're ready. They can claim the gift any time within 12 months, and pick their preferred start date when they claim it.

Will they know the price?

Never. The gift email and card show the plan and your message, not what you paid.

What if they already have a Sustain-X plan?

If it's the same plan, the days are added on top of their current plan automatically. If they're on a different plan, our team will apply your gift for them. They just message us.

Can I change the email or delivery date?

Yes, until the gift is delivered. Message our support team with your order number and we'll update it for you.
